He has worked on many acclaimed movies, such as the Oscar-winning "A Separation" and has received several awards and nominations for his visual effects work, such as the Fajr Film Festival Crystal Simorgh and the Iranian Cinema House Award.
Amir is also an animation university teacher and the president of Iran Animation Guild since 2017 and is a frequent participant in many national and international events, festivals, and workshops as a speaker, jury member, or organizer.
